BOD WASHERS

LABTACTICS LT716

The Labtactics BOD washer offers features that more expensive units have but for less money. They include; washing, sanitizing, rinse agent, and DI rinse of both BOD & other glassware. Our custom designed spray arm and rack leaves BOD bottles sparkling clean. Sanitizing is accomplished by heating the water to 160 F / 71 C during the rinse cycle, and incorporating DI water for the final rinse. By supplying our washers with two separate glassware racks you are able to wash numerous types of glassware.

Our BOD rack allows the operator to quickly & easily insert or remove their BOD bottles from the rack. Another great feature is that our racks can be used to transport your glassware.

By lifting out the BOD or lab glassware rack with bottles, you can move them where you like or simply set them to the side for later use. Install bottle washer on the bench or on rollaway cart, attach quick disconnect fill/drain hose to faucet and turn on hot water. Push DI hose onto DI valve, fill the reservoir with DI water then turn the DI valve on. To start washing just add soap and BOD bottles. In approximately 25 minutes you will have sparkling clean DI rinsed BOD bottles. 115V/60Hz.
